BCP Group is pleased to announce its recently completed acquisition of Victory Orthotics & Prosthetics, a leading provider of prosthetics and orthotics in Northeast Tennessee. With locations in Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, and Knoxville, Victory gives BCP Group a growing footprint in Tennessee and the Southeast.  The practice will retain the Victory name that patients and referring providers have relied on for high-quality patient care since 2001.

Victory’s clinical team will continue to be led by Zach Smith, CPO and Dave Smith, CPO.  According to Zach, “My staff, Dave & I are very excited about the BCP Group partnership.  Joining BCP Group gives us access to a strong clinical team, industry leading business practices and insurance contracts that were otherwise inaccessible.  The solidarity and stability gained by joining BCP will provide the resources for Victory continue to grow and provide the highest level of patient care possible.

I am truly excited to be a part of something larger with professionals that place patient care, their partnered associates and their communities above all else.”

BCP Group’s CEO, Matt Bulow, CP, commented, “Zach, Dave, and the entire Victory team share our commitment to providing high-quality patient care, and we are excited to have them as a partner. They are widely respected by patients and the healthcare community in the Tri-Cities and Knoxville area, and by their peers across the O & P industry. I am proud to have Victory become part of the BCP Group partnership.”

Financing
Financing for the transaction was provided by BCP Group’s existing investors. BCP Group previously announced a partnership with Colorado-based Creative Technology in May 2015, North Carolina-based Beacon Prosthetics & Orthotics in July 2015, Idaho and Utah-based Rocky Mountain Artificial Limb & Brace in September 2015 and Alabama-based Alabama Artificial Limb and Orthopedic Service in December 2016.
